I am a movement practitioner and coach specializing in functional, purposeful training designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance physical resilience. I focus on recovery — through both rest and active methods that reduce physical restrictions and improve mobility.
I started my training journey 18 years ago after being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. For the past seven years, I have worked as a clinical massage therapist and personal trainer, helping more than 1,000 clients recover from injuries, surgeries, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic pain. My approach is grounded in simple, reliable techniques that help you build a relationship with your body and its needs.
